Online Ordering Procedures :

2) Copy your cart (product description, quantity and price).
3) Fill in Contact Us form and paste your cart in the Message.
4) Send us your message and we will contact you within the same business day.
5) Alternatively, you may call our contact number or visit our store to place your order.
ONLINE PAYMENT
Interbank Funds Transfer can be made online to our Hong Leong Bank account.
Payment Procedures :
1) Choose payment methods = Interbank Funds Transfer
2) Confirm your order and total order amount.
3) Sign in internet banking and make payment.
4) Print payment receipt (save as PDF).
5) Inform us your order number and payment details via email/whatsapp.
6) We will confirm your order and deliver items to your shipping address.

SHIPPING & Returns
We offer delivery to all states in Malaysia, include Sabah and Sarawak, and deliver most of the orders within 2-5 business days depends on your area. Public holidays are not included. We will send you the tracking number, so that you may check the delivery status online.

Returns Policy
Our customer service will email you the artwork for review and confirmation. Email notification is required before we proceed with your order.

We do not accept returns once artwork is confirmed and proceed to production.

We accept returned goods for exchanging if they have an artwork error on our side or defective during delivery process.
The return process is simple. Take a photo of the defective goods and then email us. We will send you a replacement after confirmation.
Our returns policy only valid within one (1) week after you have received your item.
